Welcome to the ESAD blog hop where we are saying farewell to some of our favourite items 😢
I'm so excited to share with you a fantastic card I created using the Bloom and Grow bundle , which is sadly due to retire on May 4 th . This is a Flip Flap Shutter card and while it may look difficult it really is not . I've also used the beautiful Flowers For Every Season DSP . I coloured my flower images with my Magenta Madness , Just Jade and Misty Moonlight blends .
This next card was water coloured and the image was stamped using Stazon . It's from the Sweet Silhouettes bundle . I've used Balmy Blue , Pacific Point and Blackberry Bliss for my water colour background and mounted my card onto Basic Black and Rich Blackberry Bliss card stock . I white heat embossed my sentiment and added a bow tied with my favourite glittered black organdy ribbon - thank goodness that's not retiring ! I die cut the branch image and adhered it to look as though the lovers were sheltering from the rain under the tree and the umbrella .
Another cute card using the same dies with A Little Wild , also retiring , so glad I have this one in my stash ! I simply water coloured my background after firstly watercoloring my elephants , then added my die cut ! So cute and so simple !
I remembered I had not used my Best Plaid Builder dies so it was time to get them out because they're retiring !
This one uses another set that will be retiring , Fancy Phrases . I bought this set because of the greetings ! The sentiment that resonated with me was " when I count my blessings , I count you twice "
I hope you've enjoyed seeing my creations and now its time to see what Jackie Aitken has created for or enjoyment .
