I have been working very hard on my swaps which are all now tagged and bagged ready for departure in the early hours of Wednesday morning !
This one is , I think , my favourite !
I began by stamping the flower and the leaf from the Peaceful Petals stamp set onto window sheet using black stazon . I then mixed crystal effects with some Bermuda Bay reinker and some Crushed Curry also with crystal effects and painted the flower . Then ,while still wet , I sprinkled some dazzling diamonds on it . Then I mixed Garden Green reinker and crystal effects and painted the leaves and also used dazzling diamonds on them . I then allowed them to dry before cutting out .
I stamped the sentiment in black stazon on my Whisper White art piece and , using Gorgeous Grunge and Bermuda Bay , Garden Green and Silver Encore inks I stamped the splatter. Used Finishing Touches Edgelets and Silver Sheets for a order to the Modern Medley DSP  and silver ribbon to finish. The final touch was to mix a teeny bit of Bermuda Bay reinker with crystal effects for water / dew drops for added effect . I hope you like this card as much as I do .
Now for my last card I did something totally new to me ! I took some Naturals White CS and wet it with my spritzer front and back . Then with my aqua painter I added ink !! I used Island Indigo and Bermuda Bay. I then threw on some laundry soaker and finally some table salt !! Do you see the pink areas ? That effect is achieved using the laundry soaker and the "splotchy " effect by the salt !! I allowed this piece to dry overnight , took my sanding block and sanded my art piece clean .Now I was ready to add my sea creatures and coral . The coral was heat embossed in white ; the sand was stamped with the splatter from Gorgeous Grunge , then dry embossed using the Woodgrain TEF , silver bakers twine was tied around this piece. Sea creatures were stamped in Stazon Black and clear heat embossed , then sponged using Rich Razzleberry , Crushed Curry and Wild Wisteria . Made bubbles with Crystal Effects mixed with Bermuda Bay reinker. Art piece was then mounted on Marina Mist CS. There you have it !! Those are my swaps and I made 80 all up so now you know why I have been a bit quiet lately !!
