Here's my cards I created while live on Facebook .

Here's the stuff & digits for you if you'd like to create your own card . I used A 4 card stock but the same measurements work for U.S sizing , just make shorter .

Card base 5 7/8 x 21 cm scored @ 1 " , 2 " , 3 " & 4 " on the long side 

Top piece 4 1/4 " x 4 " scored @ 1/2 " & 1 1/2 " on the longest side .
