APRIL CLASS CARDS FEATURING THE POP UP VASE CARD !

 Hello friends ,

I’m just popping on to share the cards created @ my April class . The class found the pop up vase a little challenging but it was worth it for the end result ! Check out these cards !

A simple fun card where you measure   down 2 .5 cm on the top right & up from the   bottom left place a tick mark & cut from one mark to the other , then flip one piece of DSP over & adhere to a Basic White piece the same size underneath . The greeting is then stamped in the white space ! Easy peasy !

This one is a card within a card so a great idea if you need lots of people to sign it !

Thanks for visiting !

SEA TURTLES !

Hello friends . This afternoon I created a cute card using the Sea Turtles stamp set which is a reversible set , I demonstrated how this works during my video .

I also experimented with using thick basic white card stock for water colouring as well & loved the results .

I hope you like my card .

Here are some more samples I’ve created with this set .

SPLIT NEGATIVE TECHNIQUE

 Hello friends .

This afternoon I demonstrated the Split Negative technique during my Facebook live video . This is the first time  I've tried this but have been wanting to for a while now . You need to use an image that is out lined with not too much detail , although the Fragrant Flowers stamp works really well - you will see what I mean in the samples you are about to see .

Begin with two pieces of both dark card stock & light that are exactly the same size . Stamp , using a stamping platform , on the light using the dark ink , then white heat emboss the darker piece  without moving the stamp from the platform . Then simply hold both pieces together & cut into two pieces - make sure you don't have one upside down like I did in my video ! Real live crafting ! Then decorate each card as desired , watch the video for more information .
