ESAD 2019 OCASIONS CATALOGUE AND SALE-A-BRATION BLOG HOP

Hello and welcome to the ESAD 2019  Occasions Catalogue and Sale-a-Bration Blog Hop . What is SAB you ask ? Ok from the 3 rd January until the 31 st March with each $90 spend before shipping is added you will can choose a free gift from the SAB catalogue ! How cool is that ? There are also a couple of items which require a $180 spend before you can claim them .
I have just begun to have a play with my new items after having finished my Christmas creating ! The first set I picked up was the  Geared Up  Garage set. What a fantastic set for the guys ! It has matching framelits witch  have cogs!
Take a look at what I have come up with so far . For the first card I used the cogs and the embossing mats to emboss the Smoky Slate card mat , then I sponged this piece with some Gray Granite ink , the car was coloured with my blends and fussy cut because I forgot that I had the matching framelits ! I have used some of the matching DSP .

For my next card I was aiming for simple stamping and stamped the car directly onto a piece of Crushed Curry card stock and cut it out using the framelits this time ! I cut some banners with the DSP and stamped and cut out the sentiment . I was a little puzzled when I stamped the greeting because I couldn't find the matching framelit so fussy cut that piece too . Then I decided to cut the gray piece as well to off set my sentiment which is when I discovered the centre piece is cut using that framelit ! Clever ! This was one of the cards created in this week's classes .

Next , I became a little more adventurous and decided to try the Black Ice technique but this time I wanted to colour the car - you can check out my Facebook live video on this technique (basic technique without the colour added ) here

I love how this card turned out ! You just use the same method as shown in the video except you colour the car using your blends BEFORE adding the versa mark which gives the Black Ice effect .

Thank you so much for visiting my blog , I hope you will leave me some comment love ! It's always nice to receive compliments !
Now it's time to check out what the very talented Jenna Watkins has created for us ! Just click the arrow to continue the hop .
