AUGUST CLASSES

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog . This week's classes were so much fun ! First we created a Twist Turn Card , this one can be a little tricky ! Here is the card I was inspired to create when I received a card created using this format as a RAK created by the lovely Tracy Bish .

Once you have completed the scoring and burnishing this card eventually falls into place , but you do need to persevere and play with it a bit to get it just right .

TWIST AND TURN CARD

CARD STOCK 8 1/4 X 5 1/2

DIRECTIONS

SCORE ALONG THE 8 1/4 SIDE AT 2 3/4 AND 4 INCHES

TURN 90 DEGREES AND SCORE AT 2 3/4

BURNISH ALL SCORE LINES

LAY CARD STOCK FLAT AND PLACE ON TOP OF STAMPIN ‘ PIERCE MAT

USING A STYLUS SCORE FROM THE 2 3/4 LINE ON THE TOP DIAGONALLY TO THE 4 “ LINE

IN THE CENTRE AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO

The cute giraffe was coloured using the water colour pencils and how darling is the little frog ?

Next up was some watercoloring also using the water colour pencils . Rhonda , being the only demonstrator in the group was the only one using the new pack of pencils available for purchase now . The first sample uses the older pack of pencils. This card was cased from Kylie Bertucci .

Lastly we created a Christmas card , also coloured using the pencils . I cased this card from Sue Vine .

I was delighted to receive a call from one of last night's class ladies asking me to order her the pencils ! She had earlier said she disliked colouring ! Too funny !
