Janaury 14 th was the day of my launch of the new Occasions and SAB catalogues .
The first project used the gorgeous stamp set Heartfelt Blooms. Isn't this flower simply gorgeous ? The ladies used another SAB product , Tutti - Frutti Cards and Envelopes and they had a choice of colours . I used the same colours for my samples although not the actual SAB cards , no , I wanted to save them for my guests ! Oh I almost forgot there is another SAB product used on these cards ! It is easy to miss in the catalogue so be sure and check page 9 of your SAB catalogue ! It is the Shimmer Ribbon pack - a pack of 3 gorgeous shimmery ribbons in Basic Gray , Bermuda Bay and Calypso Coral . It is so pretty and ties beautifully .
The second make n take for today was a cute desk calendar ! For this project I used the gorgeous Sweet Soiree DSP ! I cut my base at 11 x 4 1/8 scored in half , cut a smaller piece in the same colour at 4 " x 4 " and score this piece at1/2 " , 2 " , and 3 1/2 " . Score and fold these lines to create your ease and adhere to the inside bottom of your card base . I used a different sheet of the gorgeous DSP for my demonstration today . I used a tutorial by Kelly Acheson which can be found on Splitcoast stampers .

The coffee gifts and the marker holders were created using a tutorial by thepaperedchef.com , cute hey !These super cute tea bag holders were used from Beth's Paper Cuts , don't they look adorable ?
I used Sarah Lancaster's wonderful idea here to show off our new embossing folders .
And finally . these are the bags I decorated with my eldest grandson's help ! He is such a gorgeous boy and enjoyed helping me . When we were done he created a card using brusho and Magical day . He said he would give it to one of his school mates , hmm but them again I told him some of us keep the first card we ever made ! Oh and see the cute decorated pizza boxes ? I popped some tea light candles in there !
