Challenge #206 - Colours
Hello and welcome back ! I'm having so much fun joining in on lots of challenges ! I have not played along with this one before and I have to tell you this combination of colours had me thinking ! Then I remembered I had not cracked open my Paisleys & Posies set ! As this challenge is for
clean and simple styled cards I decided on an emboss resist technique . I was surprised t how the Flirty Flamingo blended into the Watermelon Wonder so that it seemed to be all the one colour - lucky there was the Island Indigo to add some contrast .
I have heat embossed using White Embossing powder and several stamps , masking off the bottom section where I stamped my sentiment . I began sponging on the colours starting with Island Indigo , then Watermelon Wonder and finally Flirty Flamingo. I then stamped my sentiment and a few leaves and finished it off with some Flirty Flamingo ribbon .
