NOVEMBER CLASSES - DOMED FRONT CARDS

Hello and thank you for visiting my blog once again.
You may have seen my previous posts showcasing my domed front cards here and here .Yesteday's class was all about domed front cards . My ladies created a domed front card with a matching box - this card does NOT fold flat for posting . They also tried their hand at stamped candles to match their boxes .
 These two cards were the ones yesterday's class chose to create

Everyone completed the class with a beautiful card and matching box and candle .
I created this birthday card so that I could demonstrate how the card came together before the creating began ! This card will be for someone special to me I just have not decided who yet !

I created some little treats using the treat tube holders and give thanks to Purple Cat Crafts for the tutorial for this cute idea ! Everyone received one of these along with my Christmas card for  them because this was our last Saturday class for this year . BEAUTIFUL DOME FRONT CARD FOR MUM

Hello and welcome back ! Today I wanted to share with you the special card I created for my mum on her 90 th birthday . Mum 's birthday was yesterday and we had a celebration on Sunday - it had to be a surprise because Mum is not one for ' a lot of fuss ! "
She was so surprised and in awe of the beautiful cake and flowers too !

For this card you need to create a box and hand deliver , perfect for a special occasion such as this !

As you can see it opens up to  look like a standard  card inside !

Note that I have used retired product to create this card and have unashamedly cased  Olga Cavanaugh's stunning card because you cannot improve on perfection ! The only change I made was to add the number 90 in Blushing Bride glimmer , also retired . Thank you so much Olga for so willingly sharing your beautiful card and instructions .

I love this style of card so much that I have created a bunch of Christmas cards and am having classes this coming Saturday and the following Thursday .If you'd like to attend just contact me .

That's my mum in the centre front surrounded by her brother and sisters and sisters in law . Mum is the eldest of eight , six of which are still living , four were able to attend on the day .
Here is the mob ! There were a few absent , most of my family were sick on the day which was a shame . Until next time , 'bye for now !
